Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@rokmangear.com or during business hours Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm MST at 208.520.1088. Returns, exchanges or refunds are subject to the below policy conditions.

RETURNS: 

  • Must be returned to ROKMAN® within 10 days of the original purchase date • Product must be unused and in an unaltered, salable condition • By law, product must be sent back clean 
  • A 25% restocking fee WILL be applied on all returns
  • In the event of a refund, a credit of the full purchase price (25% restocking fee excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions in this legal notice, which may change at any time without notice.

EXCHANGES:

Must be returned to ROKMAN® within 10 days of the original purchase date.

If you need a new size/color, please give our customer service team a call at 208.520.1088. With our Quick-Exchange process, we will place a new order for your exchanged item(s). You will be charged at the time your new order is placed and we will process your refund once we receive your return. Please include your original package slip/receipt in your exchange. * Please allow two weeks for the refund to post to your bank statement.
